Provably fair

The result is fixed before you play. Check it after.

Most sites ask you to trust the machine. In our provably fair games the server commits to its seed before the round, your own seed is mixed in, and the seed is revealed afterwards. Anyone can recompute the result, including you.

Committed
Before the round, the server shows you the SHA-256 hash of its secret seed.
Mixed with yours
Your client seed and a nonce go into the same calculation, so the house cannot pick the outcome alone.
Revealed
After the round the seed is published. Hash it, compare it with the commitment, replay the result.

Who am I playing against?

In PvP games, other people: you take a seat against a rival, or send a friend a private challenge link, and the result decides the pot. House games are played against the house. House-run accounts can also take seats in PvP and are marked in the feed; the Terms explain how. Terms

How can I check a result myself?

In our provably fair games (Coinflip, Slice & Dice, the battle modes, Jackpot, Premium Jackpot, Crash, Spinner, our slots and our Originals (Mines, Tower, Keno, Plinko, Quick Roll, Upgrader, Blackjack, Chicken Road, Hi-Lo, Pump, Penalty Shootout, Video Poker)), the server commits to a secret seed before the round and shows you its SHA-256 hash. The result is HMAC-SHA256(server seed, client seed:nonce). Afterwards the seed is revealed, so you can hash it, compare it with the commitment and recompute the result, on our verifier or anywhere else. Knight Arena and Roulette are not verifiable this way.
